"We as a Merchant shall have no liability in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any transaction within the Cardholder`s account to a predetermined limit mutually agreed upon with our Acquisition Bank. from time to time"Use of this website is subject to the following Terms of Use:The passport must have a validity of at least six months from the date of arrival. Passengers should have a return ticket or an onward journey ticket with sufficient money to be spent during their stay in India. Applicants from eligible countries are requested to apply online at least 4 days before the date of arrival with a window of 120 days.The e-Visa is valid for entry through 28 designated airports (Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Bhubaneshwar, Calicut, Chennai, Chandigarh, Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gaya, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur,Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Port Blair, Pune, Tiruchirappalli, Trivandrum, Varanasi & Visakhapatnam, and 5 designated seaports (i.e. Cochin, Goa, Mangalore, Chennai and Mumbai seaports). You may depart from any of the Indian Immigration Check Posts (ICPs). Foreigners can exit from any Immigration Check Post (ICP) in India.Applicant are requested to carry a copy of the ETV with them during the journey. The biometric details of the applicant will be compulsorily recorded on arrival in India. The applicant is requested to fill the application form accurately and submit it along with applicable visa fee requirements. Duplicate applications will not be accepted.
The Indian visa application on this website must be submitted at least 4 days prior to your travel date. The fee will be charged in Indian currency and the amount will be reflected in the statement in the currency of the country where the card was issued. Tourists are allowed to stay between 90 and 180 days in a single visit, depending on nationality. The validity will be mentioned on the Indian Visa Grant Letter which will be emailed to the registered email address. Ensure that the photograph uploaded along with the application is also visible on the visa grant letter at the time of submission otherwise it will be treated as invalid at the Indian Immigration Check Post.
The fee amount payable may vary from time to time as per changes made by the Government of India. This being an online system, such changes by the Ministry of External Affairs or Corporate Affairs may result in loss or delay related to such changes. The acceptance or rejection of the visa application depends on the decision of the Government of India. Your application can be rejected or accepted and the reason for rejection will be mentioned on your rejection letter which is going to be final and the amount is 100% non-refundable.

Terms and conditions related to entry into India: -
Only getting a e-Visa does not make an applicant eligible to get access into the Indian Territory. The immigration officers at designated airports and seaports are the only authorities controlling the inflow of International tourists into India. They have the sense of not allowing certain people to enter India. They are not entitled to give any specific reasons for denial of the traveler’s entry into India.
- The International visitors have to indulge in only those activities which the e-Visa has been issued.
- The e-Visa has a validity of 60 days from the date of arrival of the traveler into India. The evisa validity cannot be extended.
- The travelers who have applied for an e-Visa do not get access to the prohibited or sensitive areas in India. They are liable to be prosecuted if they are found indulging in it.
- The e-Tourist visas and e-Business visas are valid only for double entry while the e medical visas are applicable for triple entry.
- Entry into the Indian Territory is allowed only at the designated airports and seaports which are listed have been provided in the Instructions for travelers section.
- The foreigner travelers have to follow the instructions of the local administration failing which is liable to be deported.
Issuance Related Terms: -
Issuance approval of e-Visa application or visa does not in any way to give the traveler a right to enter India. The entry is at the only discretion of the Immigration officer at the Airport of India who is a representative of the Government of India. In case of denial of visa or entry in Indian Territory, indianonline.org.in shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever.
The issuance is subject to the rules of Indian Government and He reserves the right to make any changes to it. indianonline.org.in shall not be responsible for any losses or damages, which the applicant may suffer arising from delay in processing or receiving of visa.
indianonline.org.in is ready to take all proper measures to ensure that by Applicants provided information will remain confidential.However, indianonline.org.in shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access by any means to that information. We request to the applicant make sure and check the correctness of your visa the moment it is sent and in case of any discrepancy bring it to our notice immediately.
The E-visa result will be emailed you 110 days prior to your expected date of arrival in India if you do apply more than 120 days in advance.If your application is submitted within 120 days prior to your expected date of arrival in India then your e-Visa result will be emailed you within 4 to 7working days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Indian Holidays) from the date of applying. If you travel within 4 days then your e-Visa result will be emailed you in 1 working Day. All the processing times are valid after receipt of the suitable documents against each individual application form. e-Visa India will not be liable for any delay in the process due to non-availability of proper documents. Our delivery time starts after the application is completely submitted with all the details and required documents to process the same. The delivery times are not same and applicable for Sri Lankan and Chinese Passport Holders. For Sri Lankan and Chinese passport holders the delivery time is 5 working days in case of e-Visa processing and 10 working days in case of normal processing. Once the fee is paid against the application, it is non-refundable.

This term can only be apply for Credit Card payment option only and not for other options like Paypal account or Wire Transfer/Tele-Transfer.

You are agree to defend, protect, indemnify and hold harmless indianonline.org.in and its directors, officers, agents, employees, and third party service provider and against any and all demands,claims,expenses,costs,liabilities and losses, damages of every kind and nature(including, without boundations, reasonable attorneys' fees) imposed upon or incurred by indianonline.org.in directly or indirectly arising from (1) your use and access to this Site or the Services you found on this Site; (2) your violation of any provision of this compromise for the agreements or policies which are incorporated or (3) your violation of any third-party right including without any limitation other proprietary right or intellectual property. The compensation and obligations under this section shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or your use of this webSite or the Services of this website
SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS:-
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors and assigns.
EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION CLAUSE: -
Each of the parties for this Agreement irrevocably agrees that the courts of New Delhi,India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any suit, action or proceedings, to settle any disputes,which may rise out in connection with the Agreement or its formation or validity and, for these purposes, each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
